Please note that our sizes are based on shoe size, not sock size.

All recommended sizes can be found on the individual product pages. These have been indicated  per the manufacturer/brand's own proposed sizing.

Socks are unisex - whilst we may split the collections into Men/Women following the individual brands, everyone can wear them! Just take note of the sizing - the difference between US Men's and US Women's is about 1.5 (i.e. US Men's 6 is roughly equivalent to US Women's 7.5). Where possible, we have also indicated the equivalent shoe size in the product page itself.

We accept secure payments via Credit Cards & PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. 

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "Check Out". Alternatively, you may also opt for express checkout via the "Buy It Now" button on your choice of product.

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3 business days.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-day Return Policy:

• You have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
  
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• To start a return, please email info@thewowfactorco.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  
• If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that shipping charges are to be borne by you and will not be reimbursed. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
• When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you on the status of the refund.
  
• If the refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method.
• We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  

Unfortunately we do not do exchanges. We will process the return/refund and you can place a new order for your desired item.
