Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 7-day Return Policy:
- If a product was defective upon a delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
- You have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- To start a return, please email info@thewowfactorco.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that shipping charges are to be borne by you and will not be reimbursed. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
- When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you on the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Unfortunately we do not do exchanges. We will process the return/refund and you can place a new order for your desired item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email at info@thewowfactorco.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include a photo of the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
