Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the shipment confirmation and tracking number via email.

Should we be experiencing any high volume of orders, or should there be any expected delays, we will notify you by email as soon as we can.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

FREE Standard Ground Shipping for orders US$30 and above.
For orders below US$30, a flat rate of US$5 will be applied.

We now ship throughout USA, including Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories! Unfortunately, we don't ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses for the moment.

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or equivalent. We aim to ship your package within 3 business days and the delivery transit time is estimated to be between 3 and 5 business days for the contiguous US and up to 8-10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories.

Customs, duties, and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping shall be your responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  

Damages

We shall not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at info@thewowfactorco.com and we will see how we can best help you on filing a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
